2. Type of Data Collected

We collect and process identifying data (name, surname, company name), contact data (e-mail, phone), billing data (address, VAT number/Tax Code) and data relating to the use of the platform (access logs, preferences, order and credit history).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

  • Management of the user account and provision of requested services (performance of a contract).
  • Fulfillment of fiscal and administrative obligations (legal obligation).
  • Informational and promotional communications about our services (consent and legitimate interest).
