2. Type of Data Collected
We collect and process identifying data (name, surname, company name), contact data (e-mail, phone), billing data (address, VAT number/Tax Code) and data relating to the use of the platform (access logs, preferences, order and credit history).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
- Management of the user account and provision of requested services (performance of a contract).
- Fulfillment of fiscal and administrative obligations (legal obligation).
- Informational and promotional communications about our services (consent and legitimate interest).
- Internal statistical analysis for platform improvement (legitimate interest).
The data may also be used for commercial purposes and direct marketing, subject to the collection of the relative consent. You can withdraw consent or object to the processing for these purposes at any time.
4. Data Retention
